Family Style Tuna and Scallop Crudo


  • 1 Snapper

  • 1 Tuna, sashimi grade

  • 1/2 U-10 Diver Scallop, Very Thins Sliced ….1/3’s

  • 1 C Sesame Oil

  • 1T Mirin

  • 1 C Minced Shallot

  • 2 Oz Minced Garlic

  • 2 T Kosher Salt

  • 1 t Cracked Pepper

  • 2 T Chopped Garlic

  • 2 T Toasted Sesame Seed

  1. Toss together oil, mirin, and spices with herbs

  2. Introduce to tuna and scallop

  3. Garnish is toasted sesame and cold curled scallions (thin green onion in ice water)

  4. We speckled the plate with flying fish roe and lemon pieces
